Hubei Biomass Gasification science&Technolog CO.,Ltd of Changyuan, Guodian group,which is established by joint venture of Debo Company and Guodian Changyuan Company,develop biomass gas combustion technology . The project is listed in to national renewable energy subsidy. The subsidy electiricty price is 0.75 RMB/KWH. The profits is much improved from 3million Rmb/year to 10millionrmb/ year. By primary calculation, the payback time is around 3 year.

The technical process is : biomass is converted to syngas by gasifier ,the syngas is sent to large scale coal boiler for re-combustion. Use large steam turbine to output power. The whole output efficiency can be 36% ,which is far higher than biomass direct combustion power plant.
